About me
I am a product of my environment. I learned to ski when I was 2 at Palisaded Tahoe, where I became fast friends with speed and airtime. Ski racing forged my technique. But I blame Tahoe’s ski culture, icons, and terrain for creating the Connery that’s here today. Who is that exactly?
My 3 rules for skiing:
1) Don’t die.
2) Have fun.
3) Do it with style.
That pretty much sums up what I represent as a skier and human. I love all aspects of skiing, from going large off cliffs to carving clean, simple turns. Aside from skiing, I’m obsessed with surfing. One day if I grow up, I hope to have one house on the ocean and one in the mountains.
