High Performance Walking System
The T-Ride system is fully integrated into the boot design. It’s a solid cuff-to-shell connection which delivers the perfect combination between downhill performance and uphill hiking ability.
C.A.S. – Perfect Individual Fit
The C.A.S. fit system gives you the ability to truly customize your skiboot for an absolute personal fit. The anatomical shape of the liner and shell are the key to a great out-of-the-box fit. The closer the liner and shell match the natural shape of the foot, the better the fit and performance will be.
C.A.S. Liner
The Cochise C.A.S. liners are light, anatomically shaped for optimal comfort and great heel hold. The dual density micro-cells material is durable and easy to customize. For unmatched personal customization the C.A.S. liner can be thermo-molded, punched and grinded. The new folding structure on the back ensures easy hiking.

- Thermo-Shaping: Liner in the oven: 80°C-176°F / 8 minutes.
- Punching (Increase volume): Microcell material can be heated and punched in problem fit areas.
- Grinding (Increase volume): Microcell material is easily grindable up to 2 mm in problem fit areas.
- Fit kit (Decrease volume): Glue the C.A.S. Fit Kit pre-shaped pieces to decrease the volume of the liner.
C.A.S. Shell
The C.A.S. Shell has an anatomical shape that matches the shape of the foot. This allows for a better out-of-the box initial fit. The dimples on the shell offer less surface tension and facilitate heating, making customizing the shell easier. The shell retains the new shape better and longer.

Thanks to Recycle Your Boot project we have changed the way of designing our boots. We call it Eco Design that means that our new products will be easier to recycle with a minor complexity of materials used and the design for this assembly approach.

Utilizes softer plastic over the instep area that allows the shell to open easier as you are entering or exiting the boot.
Power Lock Strap
The Power Lock strap provides perfect control and more precise power transmission. The hook eliminates the need to open the strap completely, saving you time.
Free Move
The new Free Move hinge points with bearing construction allow frictionless hiking, so you can hike more with less energy.
Material Traciability Program
QR will provide a precise description of all the materials used in the production of the specidic ski-boot, allowing a more precise and consistent regeneration of those materials. This will result in better quality and more possibility to reuse in new ski-boots production.
