Zero G Pro
The Weight Is Over.
Zero G Pro
Since the Zero G Tour line’s inception - crafting a lightweight boot with unexpected performance has always been the mission for our design and testing teams. After countless unforgettable days in the mountains, we knew it was time to do it all again. The revamped Zero G Tour collection is packed with features to lighten your spirits on the up and down. You asked for a lighter, more lively and anatomical version – the weight is over.
New benefits
T-Hike system
The T-Hike offers strong, progressive flex and great lateral power transmission. The shell is connected to the cuff at two separate points, and once in hiking mode it guarantees unrestricted walkability. In addition, the internal spoiler delivers unique solidity to the boot on downhill.
Power Frame
Thanks to the Grilamid® shell, the Zero G Tour Pro is strong, powerful and smooth while skiing. The Power Frame construction increases stiffness and torsional resistance, allowing to reduce the thickness of the shell without loss of performance. The new Zero G Tour Pro features 10% more range of motion compare to the previous edition.
Anatomical Shape
The new shape of the shell is more anatomic with improvements especially in the 6th toe, malleolus, arch and instep area.
Best fit out of the box with C.A.S. Technology
The C.A.S. fit system gives you the ability to truly customize your ski boot for an absolute personal fit. The anatomical shape of the liner and shell are the key to a great out-of-the-box fit. The closer the liner and shell match the natural shape of the foot, the better the fit and performance will be.
C.A.S. Shell
The C.A.S. Shell has an anatomical shape that matches the shape of the foot. This allows for a better out-of-the box initial fit. The dimples on the shell offer less surface tension and facilitate heating, making customizing the shell easier. The shell retains the new shape better and longer.
- Anatomic and precise shape
- Easier and faster thermo-forming
- Easy customization

C.A.S. Light Liner
Our Zero G Pro liners are anatomically pre-shaped to deliver the best fit out of the box. The dual-density, C.A.S. microcellular material around the heel area is positioned to deliver great heel retention. If required, C.A.S. material can be grinded and thermo-molded for further personalization. The new flex structure on the back of the liner guarantees even easier hiking. In addition, it features Recco reflector technology for additional safety. Finally, the waterproof, breathable membrane keeps feet warm and dry all day long.
