Addy is the writer of “Advice for Girls”, a feature-length ski film that puts the spotlight on women in the ski industry. She is also the co-founder of Backcountry Baddies: A women’s organization dedicated to. Building a powerful, inclusive community where women passionate about backcountry skiing and snowboarding can connect, grow, and thrive.
